Dr. Noskin graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2002 and completed her residency training at one of its affiliated hospitals in New Hyde Park, NY. As an undergraduate, she completed extensive coursework in the Neurosciences, double majoring in the Biological Sciences and Psychology, and worked on research projects designing novel paradigms and drug trials at the Department of Neuroscience, Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation (West Orange, NJ). This work has inspired her to further pursue a two-year Vascular Neurology fellowship under direction of Drs. Randolph S. Marshall and JP Mohr. Her research projects involved studying complex cerebrovascular hemodynamics in stroke. Her interests also include: palliative care; improvement in communication among physicians, families and patients; development of rehabilitative techniques to promote better recovery and training of young physicians.

Dr. Noskin is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Heart Association and is Board certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology.
